RentalNoodle is property management software for independent landlords. Our Resource Center publishes educational guides. Some guides may include product or service links that help landlords with inspections, maintenance, and turnover supplies.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

When Amazon affiliate links are active on a page, clicking them and completing a qualifying purchase may earn RentalNoodle a commission. The price you pay does not increase because of the referral. Product suggestions are for convenience in landlord workflows — they are not paid product reviews, and we do not invent ratings, prices, or “best seller” claims.

Other affiliate programs

RentalNoodle may also participate in affiliate networks such as Awin for merchants that are topical to landlords (for example home improvement, maintenance, or related services). When those commercial links are used, they will be disclosed near the link (for example “Affiliate link” or “Paid link”) and may earn us a commission if you buy or sign up.

What we do not do

• We do not put affiliate links in the private landlord dashboard, tenant portal, lease signing, screening, or payment screens.
• We do not hide disclosure only in the footer when a page contains Special Links.
• We do not stuff every guide with products. Tax, screening, adverse-action, and lease-legal guides stay free of product affiliate blocks.
• We do not promote travel/nomad medical insurance on RentalNoodle.
• We do not put private tenant, applicant, or lease identifiers into affiliate URLs.

Current status

Affiliate placements may be prepared in our software while remaining disabled. If a page does not show an on-page affiliate disclosure near product links, those commission links are not active on that page. Primary monetization remains RentalNoodle subscriptions. Google AdSense may appear on editorial resource pages separately under AdSense policies.
