Add properties and existing tenants without forcing listings, invites, or payments.
- Create a property with address and type. Nickname and other details are optional.
- Add an existing tenant with name, optional email, rent, and lease dates — invite only when you choose.
- Entering tenant data does not send email, start ACH, screening, or lease signing automatically.
Landlord Pro and above (tools available in product)
Build or upload a lease, collect electronic consent from signers, and store completed documents.
- Lease builder and upload of an existing lease.
- Document versioning, electronic consent, and multiple signers.
- Completed PDF artifacts, document hashes, audit PDF, reminders, and renewal helpers.
- Electronic lease execution is not a guarantee of legal validity in every jurisdiction. Use your own counsel when needed. RentalNoodle does not provide state-specific legally compliant lease templates.
Tracking on all plans · ACH when Connect is ready
Record rent manually anytime. Collect by ACH after the landlord enables online payments via Stripe.
- Manual payment recording works independently of Stripe.
- Online ACH requires deliberate landlord setup (Enable Online Payments → Stripe Connect) and a ready connected account.
- RentalNoodle adds no ACH platform fee. Payment-processor fees may apply and are shown before payment.
- Card rent payments are not supported.
- Optional ACH autopay is available when online payments are ready; tenants must explicitly enable it.

Link-out screening with applicant consent and status tracking — not in-app credit report retrieval.
- Landlord requests screening; applicant consents on RentalNoodle.
- Applicant completes the check on TransUnion SmartMove (provider fee typically paid by applicant).
- RentalNoodle tracks consent and status. It does not retrieve, store, or interpret credit, criminal, or eviction report contents.

- Move-in and move-out inspections with room/item condition records.
- Private photos, tenant acknowledgment, comparison views, deposit worksheet, and reports.

- RentalNoodle does not file taxes, generate IRS 1099 forms, or provide tax advice.
- Track late-fee terms and past-due rent. Late fees are not automatically added to ACH rent charges today.

A simple My Rental home for lease, rent, maintenance, and messages.
- Address, landlord, rent amount, due date, lease access, and recent payments.
- Pay Rent only when online payment is truly available.
