Who pays for tenant screening?
Your choice. Applicants can pay for their own report (~$35) or you cover it. On Landlord Pro you can also accept an applicant's existing renter profile report.
Can I upload my own lease?
You can store your own lease PDF with the property. The current beta signing flow records signatures against core lease terms; signing uploaded PDFs and state-specific templates are still in development.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
